Couple of Quick Questions (+kinda spoiler)

Post by Windhunter »

Hi All! Happy Sunday from Texas. Im full from Cocoa Crispies- wired with sugar and coffee; thus its game on!

Q1: How do you poison arrows?
Q2: What is the highest amount of armor a Mage can get; not using actual armor cause it messes with your magic- but rather through enchanting clothes?

PS: Im just a Level 7 dude; but Uber none the less cause of the help from everyone. Two give backs. First, this is a great site for Oblivion wisdom: Oblivion:Oblivion - UESPWiki

Also, as a great FYI, I did a custom spell that combines Soul Trap with a Shock on touch for 35 damage. I call Soul Shock; and it is amazing for filling up those stones as fast as can be!

Peace :)

Hullo, Windhunter. Nice name. :)

1. Poison arrows by using green potions. Activat potion as though drinking it, and it asks 'poison (weapon)'. Hit the Yes button. 1 potion, one poisoned strike only. If you want more, just use another green potion.

2. Depends on the value of the garment and the power of the soul gem (if you are thinking of using the Altars of Enchantment at Arcane University. Can be a useful thing to do, and a robed mage certainly looks good. :D Not sure how it works with Sigil stones, though. Enchanted garments never give as good protection as armour, though, so far as I have been able to determine.
But, armour that your mage is skilled in has very little effect on spell power - not like it was in Morrowind.

Sounds like a very nice spell. :)
