In Crimson Plague quest, i've done the first part of Nerile ANdaren quest, which is to give a cure disease potion, but when i return to nerile she just says "Don't just stand there, Nathanyel!Get rid of this rats! They've all been infected!" and the only option is goodbye written in red:S, i already killed all the rats in there. I would like to start bloodmoon but first i want to do all the quests in tribunal, and this is the only one i cannot do:S. I believe you need the latest patch. You should be running Version 1.6.1820. If you have an earlier number showing when you load the game, go to elderscrolls.com and download that patch. I had the same problem and that fixed it for me
