I've played through the game a few times now and on each occasion I managed to get Sunry off the hook, thinking I did a good thing. I just decided to take a look at the walkthrough and I can't believe that he was actually guilty of the murder! I guess I should have known something was up since I don't think I got any LS points for clearing him, and asking Jolee's opinion off the 'innocent' verdict showed that even he was suspicious of his old buddy.
I'm not likely to play through KOTOR for a while now so I have to know, what reason did Sunry give for killing the Sith chick?
I know it's a silly thing to ask for but the old codger has wound me up, after going through the long process of getting him free!
Did he just kill her because he wanted to end the affair, or because he hated Sith?

Really?
I had a gut feeling that something's wrong with that guy but I got him acquitted instead. Spoilers, please highlight:

In fact, the whole case is kind of suspicious from the very start at all angles. The witnessess you interviewed have hidden agendas and sometimes, the investigation makes you wonder if they're really that reliable coupled with the fact that Sunry is a pretty suspicious character as well.
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price
