Help with a bug!! SPOILER Please!!

I have a bug that I need haelp how to fix.

It occures when I do the quest of RAMAZITH, after I bring him the nimph first he talk once the nimph apear and talks then he talks again once and the game stops in the chat mode and I can't do anything about it.

I have the same problem with Lusselyn in SPLURGING STURGEON (BG-NE) where after she talks it stops.

When I meen the dialoge stops is the button "Continue" dosn't show up.

I would your help with solving this problem.

Reinstall

When ever I get a problem, I just reinstall the game. I copy my saved games first offcourse.

Other than that I'm not sure. My friend ones tried using a hammer, but it didn't work out that well so it's not recomended.
