maybe it's a stupid question but I couldn't seem to find an answer anywhere
I'm currently playing hotu and am 25th level in total [ranger 9/wizard 1/arcane archer 15]
got to the Gru'ul's shop and bought a belt which has a +10 strength enhancement and braces of dexterity +7 to replace my +5 strength belt and +4 dexterity braces
interestingly nothing happened at all
I'm stuck at STR 26[8] and DEX 36[13]
I checked a ranger guide a guy posted here and his top stats are exactly the same yet he didn't mention any limitations to both stats [we have the same armor and stats boosting gear]
so are there any I'm supposed to be aware of
is it possible to top those stats or is it some kind of bug ingame???

There is a max limit of how much combined items can add to each stat. I think its something like 12 or 14. So once you have items that add that much to,say, strength, any further strength enhancing items would do nothing. To increase it further you would have to increase the stat when you level up at every 4th level.
