ED_Alloc: no free edicts

I am hoping someone can help me with this problem.
I am finishing off a the "model citizen" quest and everytime I try to return to the graveyard, the game crashes into window and I get the error message"ED_Alloc: no free edicts"

I should mention that I am using the cheat console to make myself invincible and to top up my blood supply. What can I do to fix this problem. Please help....I really want to continue with the game.

Well could you reset your console powerups, like turning them off just to see if that helps?
If you are trying to Load a Save game which you had Disiciplines active when you saved, will cause crashing as mentioned in the readme of the Unofficial Patch.

Btw What Patch(s) are you using, Official v1.2 and/or Unofficial v2.6?

Also are you listening to the music tracks with Windows Media player?

Thanks for your suggestions.

I will try to play without the cheats (but I am curious if anyone has had similar problems with the cheat commands active)

I have not installed any of the patches yet and I have not listened to the music files.

I will try to install the patch to see what happens

Yeah I wouldn't suggest trying to play without Official 1.2 and Unofficial 2.6, myself, yoiur jsut asking for a crash, imo.

Do you know if I can still use the cheats with the patches?

Well yeah but I never used godmode so I am not sure if you can use it while changing levels and using cheats would have nothignto do with Unofficial or Official patches.
You can use cheats anytime with or without patches, just don't think you could leave them on constatanly.
Can't you just give yourself extra Points to spend to make yourself tougher, then you want need Godmode?
giftxp ----------gives points
vstats buy -----------allows you to buy any stat or skill.
