Elven Armor and weapons

To which of the 3 elven races do the elven armors and weapons belong to? or are there more than 1 type of elven armor and weapons?

elven armour and weapons are availible to everyone when you are at the right level i dont know if one race was supposed to have made them but you can allways get them

the aliads made the elven armer and weapons if you go in the ruins theres always statues wearing the armour

So none of the 3 elven races created these armors/weapons? did the elves started jacking the aliads stuff and claimed it for thereselfs?

It is my understanding that the aiylieds were anchent high elves. And that they ruled cirodil at least for thousands of years.

Like the dwarven armour and weapons in Morrowind, then? All ancient, nobody makes it any more?
