I don't think so, unless you have some unfinished quests left at the guild, then you can go and complete them.

Once you have done all the quests, there is nothing left to do really but run around killing bandits or go fishing. Personally I think the fact that they game never ends is a bit pointless. It works in games like Morrowind, but Fable is too linear and quest based for it to be neverending.
Well, you should use your imagination: Organising raids on Oakvale, Buying every single house in every village, etc.
Besides, if I'm not mistaken, there was already a thread about this subject, try searching the forums with Kings/ Lords of Albion... Someone mentionned those words in that thread...
