Windspear Hills

Does anybody know how my party can find a way to get to the Windspear Hills?
Roleplaying on computer isn't the only way

yes... Just talk to a guy at the copper coronet! He stands near the bar. And if you walk past him. he says that hes got an offer for you. Initiate a dialog with him and accept his proposition. Then Windspear Hills should be on your world map!
(Dont get mad at me when you get there thou)

To get the quest or to go to the hills?

If the 2nd:

1. go to the city gates
2. get out THROUGH them (the gates)
3. now the windspear icon should be lit

A little spoiler (very little one)

That's a really hard quest. I wouldn't do it so early if I were you.

edit> once you start the quest you can't stop it so if you are REALLY desperate to do it, save before doing it.

edit2> The reward isn't really 10 000 gold, you'll find out soon.

You can't leave and come back? I thought you were given precisely that option before it got REALLY difficult. I got through it (1st quest after the slavers!) but always thought I could make a quick getaway if I had to.
Then darkness took me, and I strayed out of thought and time

everyone in the city start attacking you as if your rep was 2 or smth. that makes things a lot difficult. Actually you CAN come back but this will just make your life worse. It's easyer if you just finish the quest (and even that is hard)

At the very end of this quest is an optional part. It's that optional part which makes this quest hard. The rest of it is pretty straightforward. The first time I did this quest, I completed the first part of it, and then came back to do the optional part. Optional part is worth it, but you have to either have a tough party, a good strategy, or a pretty good cheap trick. :-)

There are some pretty nasty monsters for a low-level party. Wolfweres, for example. I never had trouble with them myself, but I've heard they can be a pain in the ass.
