The first time you see Pisha in the hospital's basement, if you keep saying that you detest her and that you want to kill her, you will eventually enter in a fight with her!
Well, it would be a pretty tough fight for a weak character, specially considering the two zombies (or maybe more) that she summons.
I tried this once with my Toreador character, but was defeated after getting more that half of her life.
Again, I should mention that if my character was stronger, it could have killed her rather easily.
So, I was curious, has anyone killed Pisha yet?
If so, what happens after you do so? Do you get the experiences and objects that you get from her if you do her quests?

I've never actually killed Pisha myself. With Pisha dead, who would you trade the occult items to? I don't think you would get the xp or rewards for collecting them if Pisha's not around to reward you herself.

i always kill her
first time i encountered her i thought she was truly revolting and sick, so she had to die. Later i learned here on banshee that she gives you a quest and rewards so during my second playthrough i decided to actually kill her and see if i got the rewards without doing her quests and the answer is sadly no, you dont get any xp for killing her either.
So i reloaded did her quests and then ripped her open...ahhh pisha u scum your death was so justified
