Hmm im stuck on what History to go for, Leatherface is tempting but so is Boogyman and the ech-tech one any advice on which? want least detramental atm the Boogy the thing thier is the Hummanity how will it effect me and or how worth is that extra time in Obfuctus?

The humanity cost of the Boogeyman history is so negligent you probably won't even notice it. The bonus to Obfuscate duration... Eh, where Obfuscate fails, there's always stealth.
I usually go with the leatherface history for Nosferatu myself, but that's just because I prefer a melee build to make the most of Potence. Five points in strength, melee, and potence makes for a devastating close combat fighter.
