Is there a cap to attacks per round?

Is there a cap to attacks per round?

My Jedi has a double-bladed lightsaber, Master Flurry and Master Speed. Altogether, this should give me five attacks per round, but when I fight enemies I never see more than four damage markers. Does this mean the maximum number of attacks one can get is capped at 4?

I don't believe so. I never have any problem getting 5 damage numbers when combining 2 weapons, Master Speed, and Flurry...
