Skipped to Chapter 3..can I still do the Chp 1 and 2 quests?

Just wondering, because I cheesed myslef 20k gold pieces in Chp 2 and now it skipped me to Chp 3. Serves me right I know, but I dont want to miss the side quests along the way.

I'm assuming you mean chapter 2, because chapter 1 is pretty much limited to Irenicus' delightful indoor tavern and grill. Chapter three centers around the conflict between two parties in Baldur's Gate, so there is no problem with dropping that and picking up all the earlier quests.

Cheat? I don't know exactly what you did, but I can get the required 15k before I leave the slums.

I used ShadowKeeper to dump some coin on myself.

Why? I was lazy and wanted to jump start things.

Mower, if you buy the game, you can play it anyway you want. I don't cheat, but I don't care one way or the other if you do. And if anybody gives you a hard time for cheating in these forums, we'll try to stop it. :)

As for your last post, let's keep this thread on target for the question you asked. If you want to know how DnD stacks up, or BG2 vs any other game, put up a question in the RPG Discussion forum. That will get the broadest and most useful response.
