Dudes, I got some advice for you. As soon as you finish the tribunal part of the game KILL KING HELSETH. As soon as you do, loot his body. On it is a ring called royal signet which gives you the ability to reflect, resist magicka and paralysis 100%! It also restores ten health and fatigue per second! All constant effect! If you want absolute power, get this ring. I swear I'm not bull-crapping you.
Note: Make sure that you have 40 gold with which to pay the fine and hide all of your stolen goods. Also beware, next time you enter the throne room, all of the royal guards with the exception of karrod, will attack you.
