Bao-Dur bug

Post by Buckeye70 »

Got a problem here...Played the game a bunch of times, and just dusted it off again togive it a run, and I'm having problems witrh Bao-Dur. When walking around, he doesn't follow me--he just stands there. Also, I can't talk to him--Anywhere! Now if I take control of him, and use him to 'talk to me', it works, but basically, whenever we're going somewhere, he has to be the lead NPC...Which sucks.

Any ideas???

TIA

I've never heard or encountered such a bug. Try reinstalling the game or try patching it, thats the only advice I can give you.

Hmmmmm

Have you got the PC edition (wait there isn't a pc edition is there? )
strange but i have seen this type of thing
don't worry about not being able to talk to him you can only make him a jedi with high influence and hes not the best jedi by any means.
I sometimes have problems where people won't follow me and it's with Mira though. I just switch it off let it cool down and go on the Xbox another time
what part of the game are you on? After Telos you probaly won't use bao any way. Handmaiden and people.

Just turn him into a jedi and it wont be to bad.
"Of humble birth, he entered the Emperor's service in the lowly status of courier. Dispatched to Balmora in the waning years of the Third Era, he arrived in Morrowind, ignorant of the role he was to play in that nation's history."

Do other character follow you? Is it just him who won't?

If none of them will, my guess is you've accidentally got into solo mode (I've done it in the heat of abttle without noticing before now...)...
