how do i get to kangaxx?

i know this is a dumb question, but i can never find the kangaxx quest!
where do i go and how do i get it?

well you could hit the search button on the top and write kangaxx

but the main man kangaxx it in the house between mea'var's guild and the sea's bounty. the door is locked and trapped you can't miss it.
the two that have his body parts are located at the bridge dis. and in the sewers (unseeing eye quest)
