Ive got some questions, how do you become an exalted member and what is so good about it? and what does "NPC" stand for?

NPC- Non-Player Character, meaning anyone in the game that is not you or in multiplayer not the "hero."

Exalted member you obtain by having 50 posts.

And yes, Gamebanshee isn't a place where you advertise yourself to help people get through the game, we have a walkthrough for that and if people still have questions, you are more than welcome to answer them in their threads.
