1.why is vivec half DARK ELF and half ?ALTEMER?
2.is He ACTUALLY good or bad? (he looks bad to me)

2. he's one of the tribunal gods. he used to be mortal. like all mortals, he made some mistakes, but overall he's supposed to be good
3. dagoth ur is a genius. an evil genius, but a genius nonetheless. he tries to lure you in. he used to be good, but then power drove him to be an evil guy. now, im not sure whether he's evil or just insane.
