When the load screen appears what does the error message actually say?
You might also have better luck getting replies to your threads if you make your titles a bit more specific. "Help" covers a pretty broad area of possible problems.

DW is right, more info such as the exact error message would help with finding answers. I've also edited the thread to give people a better idea of what the problem is and hopefully speed up an answer for you. Topics simply labeled "Help" generally don't draw as much actual help as a thread that indicates what the problem is
