Hmmm...
I know it's unusual but i have a romance with Jaheira and now i wounder...
If i complete SoA without the romance to be complete... Does it continue in ToB??
I would like a answer fast thank you!
No offense meant, @Tix'x, but why do you need the answer so quickly? I mean, it's not as if you plan to diss Jaheira if the relationship stops, do you?
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
The ting is i have the game running now standing outside irenicus...
I want to know if i should stand around and wait for a time trigger or play on...
And of course i wont diss her!!
You don't need to complete Jaheira's romance in SoA for it to continue in ToB. You just need to make sure LOVETALK > 50 when you start the expansion.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...
What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.
LOVETALK is one of the variables controlling Jaheira's romance. You can check it in the game if you have cheats enabled. Anyway, if you got the dialog "I... I need to speak with you a moment." from Jaheira, her romance will continue in ToB.

To check Jaheira's LOVETALK, hold your mouse cursor over her portrait while entering the following at the console:
CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("LOVETALK","locals")
CLUA console commands are case-sensitive, except for what's contained within the "".

I persoannly think the Jaheira romance ins't the most satisfying (shut up you horny bastards!). I honestly think the Vic one is more worth while doing, mostly because it doesn't take as long as Jaheiras, or as confusing as hers.
I really dont know why i like Jaheira...
I just got stuck with her...
I wanted to romance with Vic but i couldn't let go of my little darling...
Btw. Thanks alot Sojourner!!! Hope you'll have a nice life as thanks!

Um, right. Well, if you really need to try the other romances (and you haven't got anything better to do with the most sexually fulfilling years of your life), then change your alignment. According to whether you're good, neutral or evil, you'll have a better chance at starting something up with Aerie, Jaheira, or Viconia.

I have found that you can be a LG (or CE for that matter) character and have a sucessful romance with any of the three girls. Your *reputation* is far more important than your alignment (at least for Jaheira...and Vic if you get too high).
I have found that my favorite Romances (having just completed the Aerie romance) for male characters is:
1. Jaheira. Yes, she has problems, but of the three, she seems have the most satisfying and 'real' (if you will pardon the term for a crpg) relationship with the protagonist. IMO, 'actual' protagonist [ressurecting another old thread] is supposed to choose her.
2. I also find Viconia to be very rewarding *if* you play it all the way through to the end of ToB. *spoiler* For you good characters, you can change her alignment to T-N (I know for a fact) or perhaps N-G (I haven't managed so it may be a myth) with appropriate choices and dialogs in ToB....and if you do the Romance becomes a lot more worthwhile, and Vic becomes a much more bearable character.
3. Arie is a *distant* third. Gah....if she says 'my love' one more time, I will feed her to demegorgon MYSELF! She whines, is immature, insecure, and (in terms of complementing the party) a COMPLETE WASTE OF SPACE. Ugh. Remind me to stick with Vic or Jaheira the next time.
