Yavin special crystals problem.

Okay this seems like a bit of a new one

I originally had the same problem as this fellow on this thread

I would find the starmaps and arrive at Yavin to fine those juicy crystals and only to find that i was stuck in the same loop as having a blank screen and also being stuck with an ongoing pazaak game.

Fearing the worst i used my mini map to try to crawl back tothe Hawk but i couldnt fine the bloody switch to open the door. So i saved the game where i was and came here to see if anyone had a similiar probem. thankfully they had and i found the solution here as well. So i went back to my game and loaded it up where i left off and low and behold things seems to be fine.

I killed the trandoshans got their stuff and was able to but all of the yavins stations stuff. So i get back the the Hawk and i have the two crystals i really wanted and attemtped to insert them in my sabers. Obly to find that they are not even on the list of applicable crystals???

WTH???

am i missing something here, i would hate to think i went to all that work only to find i cant use the damn things

Something i should add, i havent been to the uknown world yet. I wonder if this would make any difference?. Perhaps its a level situation, i havent maxed out yet at level 20 (im a lvl 8 scout soon to be level 12 concillar) any ideas welcome

They replace the colour crystals, not the regular crystals.
