Does Anomen have to be level 15 before he is Knighted

I am just wondering if its true that anomen needs to be level 15 before he is knighted....any responses would be helpful

In a word: NO.

If you have refused his father's desire for revenge and visited the magistrated (and refused to take vengenence), then IME anyway, the game goes on a timer. Sometime later (5-8 game days), Anomen is summoned to the Order to be Knighted.

Understand, however, that I generally play male characters and thus have not explored the romance angle. There might be a romance trigger here (but I don't know of any). Anyhoo....I have had Anomen knighted as early as 11th level.

@Polaris There is a romance trigger, otherwise, Anomen gets summoned to the Order within ~10 days of meeting his father the first time.
