People Frozen (Spoilers)

I keep finding various people in a frozen-like state. When I click on them it tells me I don' have the right tools. What the crap is that and what the crap do I do?? HELP!!! It's like a steering wheel in my butt...it's driving me nuts!

I'm assuming you are on Solstheim and exploring the barrows. (spoiler below, highlight to read)

You should be able to acquire the right tools when you do the Raven Rock (East Empire Company) quests.

A question like this should have "Spoiler" in the title. I'm adding it for you this time, but try and remember to do so in the future anytime you ask for information that may spoil someone else's game.

As to your question, (highlight to read):

They are part of a quest. During the Raven Rock quests, you'll get a pickaxe (can't remember the exact name).

dude you need a speical pick ax to get at it you need to start the raven rock quests to get the pick ax hope that helped
