Skill Books and Master Trainers (spoilers)

I noticed today that the book Breathing Water (gives a rank in Alteration) has Seryne Relas, the Alteration master trainer, as a character. I was wondering if any or all of the other master trainers appear or are referenced in their skill books.

why not check in all the books you saw that gave you a skill?
