Driver_irql_not_less_or equal (help)

I been getting Driver_irql_not_less_or equal while playing KOTOR 1 AND 2.
Once play everquest. I can't fix this problem. I did do memory check on my system. but no problems found.I look up on internet and nothing seams to help or I don't know what I'm doing. can anyone help me?

It might be a hardware conflict. Go to control panel|system|hardware|device manager and look for yellow alert symbols.

When does this occur during play? At startup? During video passages? As combat begins, etc.

I check it out. only problem was PCI modem, I fix it. I don't think that would solve probem. I guess time will tell. plus I have cable internet.
