Drown your enemies? (possible spoiler)

I was wondering if you could lure someone out into the middile of lake rumare, Paralize them, then pull them underwater while you have and enchanted item of potion to let you breathe and then they drown.

That would be co

ol drowning boars or sumthing like that.

I've never had anyone, anything, drown. But if you have waterwalk it's worth trying to lure them into the water. If they stay onshore, then you can at least shoot them without getting hurt yourself.

most human enemies will come right into the water and keep beating you. I don't think anything can drown in the game. I've fought a guard underwater for over a minute without him dying.
