SPOILERS

To get the Manaan star map you have to talk to ( i forogt his name, but hes a black guy, and he will have u do a task and after ur done he will give u information on the Star map and how to get to it.) he is in the republic embassy. He will give u access do the door to the left and there is a submersierl. use it and you will have to go underwater. You will be walking alot on this part. But once u see a guy and a girl they will give u two ways to get rid of a firaxen shark, depending on if ur dark or light, u can choose w/e one u want.

You need to talk to the Republic Diplomat in the Republic Embassy. He'll give you a mission down in the Hraekert Rift, and access to the submarine to get there.
