what progam should i use to create my on skins and models fo morrowind i know that on pc version it comes with it but whats a good progam :confused: :speech: :mad: :eek:

well...you might want to look at the different mods at planetelderscrolls they have some there I think

Blender with NIF scripts.

GIMP with DDS scripts. It's hard. Don't expect to be making something miraculous overnight.
