Jaheira Romance wont end?

Ive read the whole day thourgh these forums trying to find a fix for my problem with Jaheira.

According to the walkthrough, after you've killed Dermin, Elminster should meet up again and she should gain the pin and if you rest then, you'll sleep together and its done.

However, ive killed Dermin and nothing happened. No Elminster, No pin, no end to romance.

I've tried the waiting trick and the sleeping a lot outdoors trick. Doesnt work. Even with cluaconsole setting the value to 59 (its at 56 after killing Dermin) initiates a dialogue wether she'd done the right thing killing him, but nothing happens afterwards (or do i need to wait like 3 hours again, cause sleeping a lot wont help).

I havent slept with Phaere, ive done all the harper quests, i have the locket, did the bandits quest and ive met Jaheira after she'd left us in the night.

Some odd thing however is: if she accidently gets turned to stone and you speak with her again, she says she needs to go to harper HQ again, and that you need to follow her. But i have done that allready (to kill that first bloke, Galverhein or something).

So, what else can i try? The links i found for patches that would 'fix' it, dont exist anymore...
