Soulus Greatsword and Sword of Aeons(May be spoilers)

I realized the in fable TLC that the soulus greatsword is stronger than the sword of Aeons and Avo's tear...why would Jack of blades go through all of that trouble when he could've just bought a better weapon for 75,000 gold like I did.

Because with the sword of aeons,he can take over the world.I dont know how,but I guess that the sword of aeons lets you adjust the universe...I dont know.Maybe hes just poor...

Maybe...but I was thinking that if the sword of Aeons could controll the world,then what could the Soulus greatsword do?

Most probably, the Solus greatsword is just a very powerful greatsword in the game. That's most probably it.

TLC is just an add-on.. spoiler: the story tells (in Fable) that JoB can take over the world with Th Sword of Aeons.. cause it has 550 dmg.. most powerfull weapon in the game. In TLC they kept the story the same.. but changed the dmg of the Sword of Aeons to 230.. witch.. messed up the story XD

Solus Greatsword

Why are you buying the Solus Greatsword? If you happily marry lady grey after not turning her in when you in the Grey House cellar and boff her 100 times or so, she will buy you the sword as a gift.

Lol..... The solus great sword is stronger in combat, But the sword of Aeons is a Legend.... The Myth says the one that posses the sword will rule over the world and be very powerfull, and evil, and jada jada jada... And it would terribely screw up the gameplot if you would just buy a sword at a cheap shop and take over the world with a 140Kg chunk of iron...

And Thy... BTW... runescape.. kinda... well... sucks, Try WoW for exsample

And what if you choose to stay in a good gameplot and do not to.... Do you see another way of obtaining it then.. ( without modding )
Think about it, And in all my time playing fable i Boffed lady grey not even one single time..... Woman !?!

if you look at the inventory list under Legendary Weapons, the Sword of Aeons is a bit more than twice as powerful in the original Fable than it is in TLC. The developers reduced the damage to balance out game play.

JoB wanted the aeons because it's the only sword who's power would grow if the blood of the "bloodline" was spilt by it.

Solus greatsord is ....Kinda ....a..... legend sword to... end it looks cooler..
i doubt that job is poor because he whas showing them prices at the arena..
i geuss the he thought the sword of aeons matches his mask xD

I suppose the best determiner for which is best should be each person's choice: faster in combat (SoA) or more damage (SG). all other discussions are gameplot issues. the only reason the SoA is "the most powerful sword in the multiverse, etc." is because that is the storyline doled out by the developers.
