can you get the armor that some of the mythic dawn people use? If so, please tell me how.

I think they are wearing summoned Daedric Armour so that's a no. I'm pretty sure I've seen some go from noarmal to fully armoured in a heartbeat as well. It makes sense too as they have to keep a low profile...

Would you happen to have Oblivion on PC, Ender Wiggin, by any chance?
Because if you do, you can try using console commands or one of the various plugins mady by players in order to wear that armour.

Or level up and learn the Bound Armor abilities, or better yet level up and wait for those wonderfully rich mine-dwellers and bandits to spawn with some.
