I wanna start playing again, but i need advice on which patches to download and install, so if any of you have any, i would be very thankful.

I never needed the inventory patch. You should just download the 1.27 patch and the bonus mission patch. You can find the downloads [url="http://www.gamebanshee.com/fallouttactics/downloads.php"]here[/url].
