Games from Relic Entertainment

Post by DesR85 »

I was wondering if anyone here have ever played games from this developer, Relic Entertainment. They are the developers of hit titles like Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War, the Homeworld series and most recently, Company of Heroes. For me, I've played Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War and its expansion and Company of Heroes. ;)

Dawn of War is great, i just lent it to a friend and he is hooked, but Homeworld, that has to be one of the greatest games of all time, and one of my first PC titles ever, wish I never got rid of that one.

Now I am sad....*rushes over to Ebay to find used copies of Homeworld*

I at one time owned a copy of Homeworld. Very addictive and well made game. I've also played a bit Warhammer 40K games, but not much though.

Yay! At last, some responses. :) I also liked Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War too (and it's expansion pack as well). ;) One of the most refreshing games that I've ever played, even though the plot is just okay. Liked the gameplay a lot as it is something different compared to what most RTSes offer these days.

Also heard a lot about Homeworld too, even though I don't have it. Heard that it was one of the best RTSes from reviews of this game.

Well, not sure if it would be so great with today's standards, but at it's time it was very innovative and good RTS...
