How do I raise the Henchmens Level to my Level?? I used the Console to add XP to my toon at the start but I wasn't with a Henchman at the time. I remember reading something about this but can't find it.

Henchmen level up when your character does, but they will always be one level behind your character.
If you need to level-up a henchman you normally don't take, recruit them, and you'll have a dialogue option to make them level-up until they're up to their appropriate level.
