NWN2 Updater & Failed Downloads

At home I use dialup and NWN2 Updater would never complete download because I could not maintain connection long enough to dowload the 84gb file.

Found a [url="http://nwn2forums.bioware.com/forums/viewtopic.html?topic=516648&forum=109"]Bioware NWN2 Forum thread[/url] with the answers and links to download the various patch files.

The thread contains the answer on how to get NWN2 Updater to install the ZIP.

84 gb file?

I've got DSL and can pull down almost 2 mb a second to my hard drive if a server can upload it fast enough and that would take me ages to download.

Be careful, that's just the v1.02 patch only, not v1.00-to-1.02, made the same mistake myself. Use the link in my msg and look at the filesizes.

Heh, no kidding. Sheesh, the drive I'm installing on is only 20g total. I don't even think it can be a misplaced decimal - I have the Direct2Drive version of the game, and the entire new install is less then 5 G, much less a patch.
