Graphics on 360 ?

is there a way to make the game run faster on the 360? everytime i go in a door, it takes 4 ever. I went on YOUTUBE.com and was watching glitching videos for oblivion and on their 360, the loading time isnt half as long as mine.
There are no typical murderers, Some plan their crimes matuculously, While others kill on impulse.
