help with a quest 'spoiler alert'

hi I'm currently in the duskwood area. I met the dryad and she asked me to search the caves for a stone for which she would give me the alteration powder. Which I need to prove my innocence for the destruction of Ember!

I only ound one cave with the werewolves in it but no magical stone to give too the dryad, anyone got any idea where to find that?

There is another cave nearby. The one with the goblins (if you entered the area through the well in Ember).
