I have to get me some more soy! Taken in just the right amounts, maybe I can land exactly in the middle. Androgyny should give you twice the number of chances! ;)

Hmm... I think I know a few "ladies" on my metro drive home that could use a lot more soy in their diet if they ever think I'll believe them.

Sure its just a sore throat, thats an Adams Apple damnit!

Your right Fable, Jim Rutz must be stopped.

No on second thoughts having people read this sort of drivel is the best form of discrediting him I can imagine. I didn't notice any actual rendition of what his sources and studies actually were. I suspect the journal of fancy and Nexus as prime sources.

Oh how I wish the only nut jobs I encountered were on guitars. - Curdis !

Aw.. shoot, I'm too late. :)

Thanks Fable, I needed that today. You know, somehow I expected more of an article on the same website where Chuck Norris writes.

 I have been described as strangely feminine in many of my thought processes and actions by people who know me well and I haven't ever gone near Soy. Maybe I should start chugging some in the hopes I could have a baby with me, myself and I alone?

I will never in my life be able to figure out how to respond to that. That is... guh. There, that's my response. And it made just about as much sense, too.

It reminds me ever so much of that General in Dr. Strangelove who believes women are out to drain men of their "essences," of something like that. And people who think the roundness of the earth is a conspiracy. And others who believe that Noah's Ark is being held quietly on top of a Turkish mountain. But what's really disturbing--incredibly disturbing--isn't that this guy should believe soy-induced feminism, but that he should want to communicate those views.

That is really one sick puppy.

i didnt know what soy even was until i asked my friend...but if soy has estrogen, is there a food that the "butch" chicks eat/drink that make them more testosterone-ful?

Ok, I know there's a joke somewhere, but I'm not seeing it.

Is this article in any way shape or form serious (even if it is incredibly stupid) or is it all supposedly sarcasm?

I guess I should recommend the boys drinking soya milk whenever they are caught fighting and whacking each other... you know, to suppress the huge amount of male hormones in them.

@fable: I have half-a mind to warn the buddhist monks in Thailand not drink soy milk (which by the way is commonly offered them every morning during their "Alms Walk."

You see, for these monks, they are forbidden to have physical contact with females. It is said that the touch of a female would cause them to be unpure. Wouldn't it be a great sight to see them once they realize that what they're drinking would cause them to be even more impure than mere touch? :D :p

It gives every appearance of being meant to be taken seriously. The human mind is a truly wonderful thing, no?

That explains the awful facial expressions then I suppose. And the bad breath. *shakes my head*

If soy is so damaging, shouldn't the soy consumers be extinced within a few generations? That way the problem would solve itself.

Okay, so I have a question about that... Are they then impure at birth, when they can't help but be in full-blown contact with a female?

Yeah, this article is a joke. The funny part is that there are people in the world (the author included, I'm sure) who truly believe it. Well, okay, that's not exactly funny, so much as it exposes how stupid people can be. Which would be the funny part.
