Need Help Adding Mazzy

I am trying to open the doors to free Mazzy, but there is no shadow guard and no key. Is there something I can do here, am I missing something?

Check all the corpses, they're should have been a key on the guard I believe

there is a key on one of the shadows...called the shadow jailer...he's the only one that initiates a conversation with you.
