Deathlord/Crusader Damage Comparison Question

I'm curious as to whether a Fighter/Adept/Paladin/Samurai/Crusader using Light Dual Weapons with Inflict Wounds and Crushing Blow is more powerful in melee than a Fighter/Marauder/Adept/Paladin/Deathlord using Medium Dual Weapons and Inflict Wounds? What would be the best Heavy/Light & Heavy/Medium weapon combo given the above build types? I'm wondering which build would do more straight melee damage....and what weapons should be equipped to accomplish that. Opinions?

well, i play 3 files, one is a mage so dont worry about that, my other two though, one is a crusader and the other is a deathlord, to me there is no big difference, one may be a tiny bit better but i prefer death lord. if that helps.
