stupid spell question (spoiler)

I know this is a lame question, but where in Morrowind can you find any fortify skill spells to buy? The only place I ever found one was in Mournhold, and I had to be high up in the temple to buy it. I want to know of other places to buy it, so I don't have to do all those temple quests.

There aren't any. It is a very unique spell. If you do the threads of the web spinner quest for the Morag tong you will get Mephula's skill which will give you the effect depending on the version you're playing.

That's not true, the only place I've been able to find one is at the temple in Mournhold.
