Turn off Following?

How can I make party members stay in one place, either turn off following or give a command to stay put. I'm trying to scout an area and being compeletely unsuccessful because my party keeps following right behind me. Thanks.

Right click and hold down, you will find a list of commands pop up on a menu. There is something like "Broadcast Commands" on the menu. Select that, and select "Stand Your Ground". They will stand where they are until you select a different command after that.
