Hand to Hand not increasing?

My Khajiit's hand to hand skill won't increase. I'm trying to increase it from a 35 to a 45 and after I increased it by watching the boxers spar at the arena and by reading a skill book (so now its currently at a 41) it will no longer increase. I've been boxing my summon monsters, npcs, guards, anything that moves but no matter how many people I kill or times I pound on someone the skill bar still won't move. I'm guessing its a glitch, if so how should I fix it (I have no previous save files, my mistake )

It's a glitch with the free training you get from some NPCs (usually for services rendered, but it also affects watching the boxers spar outside the arena). When you get the free skill increase, it sets your progress toward the next increase to a negative number. Skill bar will start moving when it climbs back above zero. It therefore takes approximately twice as long to get the next increase, so in the long run the free training really doesn't do you much good (hey, you get what you pay for ). Just keep at it and eventually it will increase again.

I know for sure this affects the Mercantile training Seed-Neeus gives you for rescuing Dar-Ma, and the Block training Baurus gives you at some point during the main quest, so it probably affects all other similar situations too.
