Cryptic emails?
Hello. I've just finished Bloodlines for the first time, and one thing that puzzles me is the indentity of the person who sends the chess-related hints and warnings via email. Does anyone have any conclusive information relating to this? The most likely individual to me would be Maximilian Strauss, but why wouldn't he be more forthcoming during my Tremere character's visits to his Chantry? Perhaps this is meant to be an additional level in the "wheels within wheels" nature of the storyline?

The suspects are, in the order of which people seem to find them likely: the taxi driver (whether he is who some claim him to be or not), Gary, Jack and Beckett. Anyway, you probably want to read the other thread for a lot of discussion about this
