Where do you get the Girdle of Hill Giant Strength

I can't seem to find the girdle anywhere. I think it might be on Jahriea, but she
's out of my party. Is there a place i can buy it. I've got the hammer +3 and i want cromwell to make me the hammer that kills giants in one swing and eatons. Also, are there any kind of giants or eatons, i haven;t found one and it would be pretty retarded to make a weapon like that, if there wasn't any enemies like that.

the only Eaton I found was in the Sahaugin city underwater en route to the Underdark. and I believe you can buy the girdle at the Adventurer's Mart in the Waukeen promenade.

You do buy the hill ginat girdle at the adventurers mart, but that's not the one you need to make the hammer. You need the frost giant strength girdle to make that, and that is in the Kuo-Toan dungeon in the underdark. And the hammer is most definitely worth it. It is +5 and gives a strength of 25 to whoever wields it.

not to mention a couple of points of lightening damage per hit... it's most sweet.
