3 questions please

Post by ve6tp »

Hi:

Just started the game and only level 5, but have a few questions if you can help.

1.Usinig "Equip" and on mouse-over on items, a few show the properties (such as damage, range, etc.) but most only show a question mark. How or what do I need so that all the info is displayed over any item I have?

2. I vaguely recall being able to determine what runes are required to butild such items as the "special protective shield", (can't remember the name of it) and other builds. Is there a web site that shows what runes are required for all builds, or is that only avaiable within the game itself. If there is a URL please share it with me.

3. On placing equipment n my charactor, below my image, you have stats for various things. Normally it is in standard font color. eg. armour 5. But on placing some equipment the amount changes, which I expect, but the number is in red and it can be either in "-" or just in red with no minus. So can someone tell me the difference when it is shown in red and has, or has not got the "-".

Thanks for the help.

1. If you see a "?" that means you have to identify the item. Some classes get an identify skill. Otherwise, you have to wait until you reach a shop.

2. If you mean nether magic, you could look here.

3. The number in red is a penalty. That means you don't meet the requirements for the item you're wearing.

Sir Edmund: "Should you obey the lord who asks you to put a village of innocents to the torch? Is that chivalrous? Is it noble?"
Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."
