Scope out some of the NPCs in the various residential districts. The ones who dress in fine garments usually have better stuff. There are even a few who brag about how rich they are when you talk to them; it's particularly satisfying to rob them.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?

steal from places like skingrad and anvil from the largest homes.
Why am I fighting to live, if I'm just living to fight?Why am I trying to see, when there aint nothing in sight? Why am I trying to give, when no one gives me a try? Why am I dying to live, if I'm just living to die?
