Bug? Can't go through open door!

Can't Complete Quest - Free Slave Children

For some reason when I opened the door to the room with the two trolls and the little girl are (in the Slaver area of the Slums), I only had to fight one troll, which couldn't come through the doorway, where I stood and fought it. Now I can't go through the door to fight the other troll and free the girl (if they're even there). I have the key, but I can't close or re-open the door (it appears open now). I've tried leaving and returning (through the sewers) but the problem remains.

I haven't tried entering the other way, but don't expect it to make a difference. Has anyone seen this kind of behavior before? Know a fix for it?

Just go to the Autosave as it saves before you go into that area if that doesn't work try using mage spell knock as it might open the door.
