Dark Messiah, Secrets and Spoilers

This looked like the best place to put a Dark Messiah thread, Mods please move it if your not happy with this location, though I don't know where else to put it. :)

Doing pretty well with all the secrets but one key has me confused atm.
After killing the Kal Pi on the Temple Island you head to the Spider Caves if you take the passage to the right in the central room with 5 or so openings you find a secret area with a Dead Orc near a stream with a Key.
I can't figure out where this key is used.
I always have pick lock by this point and try to notice with the Icons popup on the doors to see if the key comes up but nothing.
I mean it must be used in the Spider Temple and the Island, right?
Each time you load a new chapter all keys are cleared in inventory. so it must be.

Trust me, most of the names I have been called you can't translate in any language...they're not even real words as much as a succession of violent images.
