Where do you find Kangaxx the Lich and when do you fight it?

Kangaxx's Ring is Very Powerful. You can find him the unmarked house next to Mr.M's Guildhall in the docks district. He'll ask you to retrieve his arms and legs, and his body. They are in the Sewers of Temples zone, the other is somewhere in Bridge District, I think. But killing him is not easy. Some say you have to use Spell Turning, others say something else. There's a page on this site that tells you all about fighting Lichs. Go see it.

ohh and the his location in the bridge dis. is just right of the sea's bounty (the inn)and the door is looked.
